Part #1 of 3:
Please try to answer this assuming all statements are factual and true. What is the 'most' likely reason why this is happening
Computer A: runs Mozilla Firefox 3.5.4, does a google.com search directly from the main page at google.com for the keywords, "razor", "banana", "ice"
Computer B: runs Mozilla Firefox 3.5.4, does a google.com search directly from the main page at google.com for the keywords, "razor", "banana", "ice"
My point here is that you have two computers, using the same web browser, going to the same front end to start a search, using the exact same keywords ...
Why is it that they get 'different' 'results'?
6,7
For example, the 1st one or two URLs are exactly the same, but matches 3-5 are different, then 6-7 are the same, then 8-10 are different
Sometimes I ask someone (while on the phone with them) to go to 'google.com, type in a 'keyword' and then click on the 2nd link returned
Sometimes, the URL I want them to go to is the 2nd link returned ... sometimes its the 6th or 7th and/or it is not even listed.
This assumes there is no human mistake of typing, etc. (all statements above are true and work)
What is the reason(s) this happens?

Part #2 of 3:
Computer A: runs Mozilla Firefox 3.5.4, goes to a customized google.com page (with settings to show the top 100 results) ... This computer is used to do random searches of misc consumable items all through out the day. They items are in the general same family of things (for example computer parts and/or IT equipment) ...
When doing random searches on google.com during the day, this computer over time ... seems to have 'remembered' some of the 'past history' of these random searches, and its returns from a query seem to be 'one sided' (meaning when searching for Western Digital) ... some of the previous URLs visited come up in the search engine much higer in the results then if this same search is done on a 'clean' computer which does not search for Western Digital keywords.
What is Firefox 'doing' so that it 'knows' about past searches (I'm not taking about ad words or the sponsored links ... or the shopping results ...) I strickly mean the RAW results of searching for the same keywords on two computers providing WAY different returns ...
Is there a way (short of uninstalling/reinstalling Firefox) to make it 'fresh' and NEVER use any locally stored data to get in the way of a search result?

Part #3 of 3:
If I took two brand new computers (never been used before), loaded Mozilla Firefox 3.5.4 on them both ... then went straight to google.com, did a random keyword search on them both (say you had one person at each computer) ... you would think the results from the keyword search would be 100% the same on both computers.
Why is it that over time, search results are different on computers using the same browser, at the same URL, searching for the exact same keywords?
Thanks in advance for your time and reply
