Dreamweaver CS3 data bindings problem

I have been using Dreamweaver CS3 for months now but yesterday I started having problems when I tried to create a recordset in the data bindings window.
First the stored procedures took ages to load - it seemed to load the system stored procedures as well (I never noticed this happening before).
Then when I selected a stored procedure it didn't add the parameters.
I manually added 1 parameter but then it wouldn't let me add the second.  I had to exit the data bindings window and open it again to add the second parameter.

The file activity window keeps appearing in my task bar - this is another thing that didn't happen before.

I tried reinstalling Dreamweaver but I'm stuck with the same problem.

Has anyone else encountered this?  I'm getting really frustrated!
