I would figure that too but there si no "preferences" button or anything else that would hint towards that. It basically starts checking and then startd doing. Only option is to cancel which stops it. ugg.

How do I turn off Auto-Updates in Adobe CS4 Masters Collection?
Hey guys, every few days I see an icon show up down by my clock that says it's updating my Adobe CS4 Masters Suite. How can I turn this Auto Update feature off? I don't want any of my many programs within the suite to update automatically. I've looked everywhere! Vista64.

Open a CS4 application
Help->Check for Updates
It will check for updates and once that screen comes up just click on preferences and uncheck the box that says automatically check for updates.
