Adobe Opening Problem

I have a client that is having trouble opening one PDF that they made with Acrobat.  His computer has trouble with this one single file, but opens all others.  All other coputers that we know of have no trouble with this file.  Any ideas what could be causing it not to open on the one computer.  His fear is that others might be having the same trouble.  Suggestion to pass onto him.
