Mac Adobe GoLive - Can't connect to server (VDeck)

On the Mac - When I try to login to my site using Adobe GoLive (FTP), I get the following error:

Yet, when I use an FTP Program called "Fetch", I can login just fine - no errors.

What am I missing? I do know this:
My host recently moved me to Vdeck - for my server. This issue did not occur previously. But they tell me the server is receiving FTP since 'Fetch" and other apps (on their PCs) are working. So they basically leave the problem to me to solve.

I've tried numerous variations in the variables (no "www.", passive mode, etc). Any ideas? Start Free Trial
