error 0x80040115 when i make send & receive for outlook 2007

the outlook keep giving me this error messeage : - error 0x80040115 the connection to microsoft exchange is unavailabe outlook must be online or connected .
althi outlook is online and keep sending and receveing mails . can u advice please
