Passing variables from moodle to html form

im using coffeecup forms to create web (HTML) forms. those forms are accessed through moodle for authentication. I would like to pass the user name login to the coffeecup generated form. The form automatically emails the information and having the moodle login user name in that email would make that email more valid.
