Automated emails are being sent to Junk Mail in Outlook 2003

We have a few automated emails that get sent using coldfusion with an email address of administrator@domain.com.  Sometimes users find these emails in their Junk Mail folder rather than their Inbox.  Is there a way to prevent this?

We are using Exchange 2003 SP2 with Outlook 2003 SP2Start Free Trial
