Coldfusion server run slow

I had a question here before that my CF8 server was running slow. I did a few modification on the server and today after I send out our weekly newsletter the server was slow again.

The server is about 2 years old, and never had that problem before. Do you think is time to format the server and re-install all the applications again? Maybe something is not working correct? I have looked at the logs and I don' have anything wrong on the server, the same for the DB server.

What it looks like is the CF8 and MySQL does not disconnect the connection, and that causes the problem on the server.
