Because of the way the system is set up, the most important variable in this equation is you. Login Div

I wanted to create a login div on my main interface or CSS file. That dive shows the users name after they signed in  if not it display or ask them to login or create an account like the picture below. I am using MYSQL and  ASPX with behinded code(ASPX.cs) using C# server. Also, I am not quiet sure how to do this honestly. Can anyone please help. Thank you.
