Sorry, that is not possible to do and still allow MS FP to maintain your security integrity.
In essence, to send the form results to your protected web, you would need to include a valid ID and password in your unprotected form's coding. This would defeat the purpose of protecting your sub-web since you would be providing the access information to anyone who cares to view the source file of your form.
