The ASPX page that is loaded inside the frames needs to have a querystring fed to it to retrieve certain database info.
However, If in the HYPERLINK event of the green link I put datapage.htm?params='mb_tr
the parameter are fed to the datapage.htm not to the aspx page.
Hope this is explained enough for someone to help me.

If you right click on the link in design mode and select Properties, you will see an option on the right for Target Frame. In this dialog you can tell it which frame to send the page to.
