FP2002/2003
I have a created simple drop-down in FP. I want no initial value to be set but cannot seem to do this. It always shows the first choice even if I ensure the Selected state is set to 'No'.
What am I doing wrong?

a drop down box has to have some sort of value initially selected, and if you do not give it an initial state, the default is the first option. If you wish to have a blank value as the defualt, or a "Choose Option" type of message...you need to make that an available option yourself...(probably you'll want it as the first option), give it an unique value, and when the user submits the form, test for that value to make sure they chose an acceptable option (i.e....not the blank one ;) ).
