I am editing a site that navigates via clickable gifs. The gifs are aligned vertically in a table. Clicking each one brings you to a different page. You get the idea.
I need to add another .gif (because we are adding another page we need to link to)
I successfully got the gif in the table, and the hyperlink works. But the mouse roll over does NOT work like it does on the other gifs.
What did I do wrong? I simply copied the HTML of an existing GIF button and altered it accordingly to add the new gif (see below).

Check whether the file name is right
-jewelry.gif and not Jewelry.gif or jewelry.GIF or jewelry.jpeg.gif
- check the path of the image
- try clearing ur cache and check.
- do u've any other image with the same id ie Image8

This was the initial problem I think. I noticed when I copied and pasted the html, I forgot to chnage the image ID. Hence, the rollover didnt work on two images because their ID's were the same.
When I changed the ID to a unique one, the mouseroll over worked on the original button. However, I still didnt get the new gif's mouseroll over to work.
I will try your suggestions tonight and report back.

Are you using the same image for the regular position as well as the mouseover? If it is the same image, you will see no visaul change during the rollover effect.
I think you are using the same image:
onMouseOver="MM_swapImage(

the same image is what i see there - try creating a new image (or renaming a different one), save it as jewelry1.gif, and put that in for the mosueover tag, like this:
