run it from a command prompt and it will kick off the GUI wizard, I think I found mine at windows\Microsoft.Net\Fram
You can get it to create the schema in a new db or you can point it to an existing db and it will added the schema. I had some trouble implementing it but was able to, memory is just foggy on it.
