Add dropdown menus to navigation buttons in FrontPage 2003

Hi. I am creating a site for a local non-profit organization and they have decided that they want to add drop-down menus to some of the navigation buttons.

I am using FrontPage 2003 and one of the "native" interactive buttons in the program.

I am not experienced in *any way* in coding so the little bit I have seen here is Greek to me. :( Is this something I am going to be able to accomplish, or should I tell them it's beyond FP's/my capabilities?
