Can Jdeveloper display chinese character and compile servlet

Tags: Sun Microsystem, Java, Java, IE, Firefox
Hi Experts,

I'm using JDeveloper for Java. In a servlet,  there is a line

aErrorMsgList.add( "(7{e&÷X(. ÷“ecn(7{e&÷." );

when the servlet is opened via notepad.

However, using Jdeveloper, it becomes

aErrorMsgList.add( "ç¨æÆ·ç"»å&¥è´¦åý·ä¸ýåÜåS¨. 请è¾å&¥æ£ç¡®ç¨æÆ·ç"»å&¥è´¦åý·." );

How could I set the Jdeveloper to display it properly?

Thanks
