Using word editor in a Java web page

I'm creating a web page for my organization using Oracle Jdeveloper and I need to open a word file in an editor within this page. This editor must be able to take users document and create word-compatible document files on the fly and save them on the server (This editor might be similar to mail editor in Yahoo mail which has font, size and other editing options...). Is there any component or javabeans which might be useful in my situation?
