The Solution Rating System

With so many solutions, how can you tell which solutions are most likely to help you and which ones are not? To provide you with a tool to use, we rate our solutions based on various elements that most accurately determine if a solution is a quality solution. To explain what factors affect the solution rating, here are the elements we take into consideration when formulating our solution rating.

  • The Grade of the Solution
  • The Zone Rank of the Expert Providing the Solution
  • The Number of Author and Expert Comments
  • The Number of Experts Contributing
  • The Feedback of the Community

Your Input Matters
Because of the way the system is set up, the most important variable in this equation is you. As a member of Experts Exchange, you are able to cast your vote on the quality of the solutions in regard to how complete, accurate, helpful and easy to understand each solution is. When you provide your feedback, each rating is adjusted accordingly. So, if you see a solution that has a poor rating that you think is a good solution, let us know by rating it. As you do, the rating will be adjusted and will become more accurate for other members of our site.

If you have any suggestions that you would like to make for our rating system, please ask a question in the Suggestions Zone of Community Support.

Thank you!

How to create a quiz (for a basic beginner of beginners)

Asked by jsharkey76 in Macromedia Director Video Editing Software

Tags: , ,

OK, Two questions really, I want to creat a quiz in my movie. I have two options.

1) I have the "Qmark Pro quiz" tool, now I don't really like it that much, but it will do, problem is that when I open it, it takes up the full screen. How can I link it into director (it being an external program) and confine it to a particular part of the stage, (basically creat a window on the stage to display qmark pro quiz (namely an external program)

Ok thats one option, second, is try to create a quiz myself, basically looking for a multiple choice, or one word text answer. I've had a look at a quiz that is given on director on-line, all it gives are a few lines of lingo, I haven't got a clue!

OK, ideally, I'd like to creat my own quiz, but if opening an window to display, QmarkPro is more do-able, I'll do that.
Yeah, nearly forgot, I have a javascript, multi choice quiz as well, could i import that into director and again set up a window on the stage to view it in?

Ok, any help will be greatly appreciated, as you can see, (from the above description) my technical skills are quite limited, so any help will have to be of a similar standard!!

regards
john
