Assistance for flash video play on webstie

Hi,
we have upload flash video on website which is in flv format but the problem occur regarding video.  This video not play when they upload on server we have check all the possible format i.e. mpeg, etc. but this video play in our local system.

we have install MIMP on our IIS . for more details regarding this problem visit  http://naari.net/   on that link when we click on advertisement button then this video is not run on web.Start Free Trial
