Convert Director to flash I would settle for just an image export that I can go back and code / animate

Hi I have a adobe director project that I could use some help converting to flash. It is mostly timed animations to audio. I don't mind a degree of work to do the conversion but Im looking for a way to speed up the process. getting all the images out and on the timeline in flash...
