Creating a line-by-line reading software

Is there a way to create a highlighted, line-by-line reading software?  How it would go is that the text would be pre-scanned for this program.  As the reader is reading out loud, the line the reader is reading will be highlighted.  This doesn't need to be done in real time.  We plan to have the reader read and time how long each line should be highlighted. We were thinking of using Flash for scripting the highlight to move per line.  Any other assistance would be greatly appreciated!!!Start Free Trial
