answer quick!-Compatibility issue IEXP-NETSC

Hello,
quite an urgent question in terms of how much time i have left to deliver this site, so response ASAP please >>

A page I created with Dreamweaver 3 shows up a bit odly in Netscape 4, but fine in IExplor. DW3 said:The Table Body (Complex Table Spec) tag is not supported.
Unfortunately, the table it refers to is within a library element, and its on many other of my webpages..

Q: What would be a quick (and easy) way to make these pages viewable for both browsers? Preferably, i would replace the <tbody> tag with something they both understand without any loss of anything (e.g. colors, layout).. But if you find this quite impossible, then please send me a script I could use which would do an auto-browser-check and open the correct library (if that seems to be the logical solution)

PS:this is my first website so please explain as to me clearly..
