I used layers instead.
On top is my chart within a layer on the left side, trends data on the right side made of table within a layer.
At the bottom is where my dynamic table is located.
One thing is that I dont know the problems I may have down the road. I know that at least 5% of my audience are using browsers that may not be compatible with layers. Well...
I like to learn more of the iframes, I may need to use them later. But for now, I have to meet this deadline. I'll award the points for effort, I am really very greatful for any ideas and suggestions not just for this post but also on my other ones.

Iframe is a Embeded Page within a Main Page, while FrameSet Divides your website into Multiple Parts.

with the IFrame you can just define the source of a site/Page to be displayed into your page.
in the Frameset you break your site into multiple pages.
