I only need to use MYSQL when I'm ready to upload my source
to the host.
in this case,
may be i migrate it my ACCESS DB to MYSQL?

true but i think that Dreamweaver is building for newer technologies as asp.net with mysql can be used in Dmx. You could develop using access but do remember to take care of mysql keywords also.

You might 've some trouble with the queries where dates are involved. To import access data into mysql shouldnt be much of a problem as there are tools available on the net for that.

asp and MySql support doesnt exist with dmx 2004 ,its only for php and mysql
but with .net u can connect with mysql
