In Dreamweaver, how do I make the border lines in a table thinner?

I have a table in Dreamweaver, and I want lines around the cells the way you would have in Excel, but even on the lowest setting of border thickness in Dreamweaver,  the lines are too thick for the look I want.

How do I achieve that?  If someone could answer that within the next half hour,  I would be very grateful.
