Complete noob at web development please and a easy question

Ok, so I am the Network Admin at my company and of course they think that means I know how to do web development. Sigh. Ok so my problem is with the link included. When you go to that link and click " Press Releases " on the left side I am trying to basically add / delete / change the text that is listed in press released. However whenI open the page pr_listing.asp in Dreamweaver MX 2004 I don't see any of the related press release text in design mode, All I see is the header text for the page and a small ASP logo. Culld someone please walk a complete noob through where or how I would view and edit this text?
