Cannot setup connection to SQL Server from Dreamweaver

Hi All,

I am having a problem setting up a connection to SQL Server from within dreamweaver.  I continually get an error message saying that the file is not found (Http 404) and the following error:

HTTP Error Code 404 File Not Found. Here are some possible reasons for the problem:

1) There is no testing server running on the server machine.
2) The testing server specified for this site does not map to the http://iwp/newintranet/_mmServerScripts/MMHTTPDB.asp URL. Verify that the URL Prefix maps to the root of the site.

I have read adobes kb article <http://kb.adobe.com/selfservice/viewContent.do?externalId=tn_15711&sliceId=1> on this problem and still cannot seem to fix the problem.  I have IIS installed on a windows 2003 server/  If i type in the URL http://iwp/newintranet it brings up the right web page and I can FTP into the right directory as well, so I don't know what is wrong.

Any help would be much appreciated as I am running out of options.
