The Solution Rating System

With so many solutions, how can you tell which solutions are most likely to help you and which ones are not? To provide you with a tool to use, we rate our solutions based on various elements that most accurately determine if a solution is a quality solution. To explain what factors affect the solution rating, here are the elements we take into consideration when formulating our solution rating.

Dreamweaver CS3 and scroller question

using DW CS3 trying to add scroll abr and did so, question is how/where can I change color and shapes, is there an ext for cs3? currently the size of the test area is 405w x 500h can I make scroll bar go into the dark background on the right side, when I size past width of 405 it starts repeating the background.

																			  <p class="style2">Wiregrass Foundation has  provided a three-year grant to establish a satellite office of the Nonprofit  Resource Center of Alabama (NRCA) in the Wiregrass area. &nbsp;The local NRCA  office will include a director who will manage the delivery of professional  education workshops.&nbsp; The office will serve as a key point-of-contact for  information and referral questions and requests, and coordinate the requests of  local nonprofits for access to technical assistance.&nbsp; The Wiregrass NRCA  office will assist the Montgomery NRCA Director of Membership  in providing outreach and recruitment for local nonprofits and in conjunction  with the NRCA Resource Development Director, develop other sustaining community  partners to ensure the continuity of NRCA services.&nbsp; </p>
