Dreamweaver CS3, or Windows Vista deletes .htm files - vanished without a trace!

This happens on Vista when I edit a file in dreamweaver that is still selected in the Windows Explorer window.  It also may have something to do with vistas 'preview' in Windows Explorer.  This doesn't happen if I deselect the .htm file in Windows Explorer.  There is no problem with ".js .asp" files, but these show "preview not available" in the Windows Explorer preview pane.

Here is exactly what happens:

Open an .htm file from Windows Explorer, Edit and hit Ctrl+S and get "Access to E:\location_of.htm_file\MFC78D5.tmp was denied", I click ok, and repeats the error until I deselect the .htm file in Windows Explorer.  After deselecting, the .htm file dissapears 'poof', nowhere to be found, not in recycle bin either.  I can now re-save using the original filename, and if I do not, my file is gone forever!

I also occasionally have the same issue with .psd files and photoshop, but not always.Start Free Trial
