Adobe Forums - how can i login? it keeps saying my nickname is already taken
How can i get past the NickName textfield entry form - no matter what i type (either what i believe to be my previous nickname or a completely random series of characters) it says it's already taken.
In the case of my own nickname, in fact it is taken, by me.
thanks

I don't think it's just happening to you because when I tried to access the above url it asks me to enable cookies even though the cookies are enabled in my web browser. I think adobe forum section has some issues I mean recently. (http://www.adobe.com/cfusion/webforums/forum/messageview.cfm?forumid=39&catid=220&threadid=1388141&enterthread=y)
Try this not sure sometimes may work..... go to http://www.adobe.com/ & click the "Your Account" (Top Left) link & enter the login information. Once you logged in to "Your Account" page click the "Edit Your Account Information" link you'll see a form with your personal details entered at account registration. Change the "Screen name" and click update. Try until you get this message "Your account was updated successfully.". Now logout and login again once you done go to this forum section url and see....
