I am setting up a local testing server for the first time so I can work on a Wordpress site via dreamweaver and edit the template.<br />

I installed Apache 2.2 and PHP. It is working. When I type in <a href="http://localhost" rel="ugc">http://localhost</a>&nbsp;I get a message saying: It works!<br />

In Dreamweaver, I set up the testing server as follows:<br />
Server Model: PHP/MySQL<br />
Access: Local Network<br />
Testing Server Folder: I used the same one as my website folder. <br />

What is Testing Server Folder? and where should it be pointed to?<br />

When I open wordpress index.php - There are all of these PHP icons and I can't see any design. It doesn't seem to be connecting or using a local testing server.<br />

Can someone help me figure out how to get the Wordpress layout to appear in Dreamweaver?<br />

Do I need to set up a MySQL - I didn't do that...<br />
