have you tried re-installed dw after removing it remember though you will need to reset your site imho

Browse All TopicsI am using dreamweaver cs3 and am getting an error constantly now saying "The folowing translators were not loaded due to errors: Spry.htm: had configuration information that is invalid, XSLT.htm has configuration information that is invalid. "

Your suggestion is overkill for the first troubleshooting step. I would try Rouchie's solution first and if it doesn't fix the issue, then reinstall in place (without removing DW). If that doesn't work, uninstall/reinstall. If that fails, then uninstall/run CS3Clean/reinstall is the next step.

I found this suggestion elsewhere, hope it helps...
That is usually a corrupt configuration file. You can try the followings:
Close DW completely. Right click the Start button, choose explore and find this folder:
AppPath\Configuration It may be hidden, so you will need to show hidden files and folders.
you might can find this configuration folder in
C:\Documents and Settings\<%Your windows login name%>\Application Data\Adobe\Dreamweaver 9\Configuration
to test it, rename the folder (Configuration) to something else like Old_Configuration close explore menu and restart Dreamweaver.
It should re-write the config files and you should be set to go
