Hi,
I need help in serverside counter timer for 2 minutes, which will appear same to every user even any user open that page after 1 minute then countdown should be same for every one. I am working in PHP, MySql, so anybody can help me on this topic?

I guess one way to do it would be to have a table in a mysql db, which you insert a time val (after some action that a user takes, at a specified time set by you etc), when you load the page you can check if the time from the db is > current time, if it is display the time left, otherwise it can display a message that the time is up and delete the record from the database.
I will try my best, although not knowing the details of the application makes it a little difficult, but the basic logic is as follows (note that this is a combination of php and pseudocode), you can modify to suit your needs::
if userActionOccurs then
$time=time();
Insert into TABLENAME values ('', '$time')'
End if
// Display time
$currTime=time();
SELECT timeVal from TABLENAME
// obviously you need the rest of the mysql query here, then assign the timeVal value from the db to $timeVal variable
if $currTime <$ timeVal then //make sure that the time it expires is in the future
$ends=date("d M y, H:i:s", $timeVal);
print "This ends in"..$ends;
Else
print "Whatever has expired..."
DELETE FROM TABLENAME WHERE timeVal=$timeVal // You could use an autoincrement ID here, which is what I would prefer, that way there is no chance that you could delete another record in the table accidently.

Woops I forgot to do the time in the future, so in the if userActionOccurs you want to put the following:
