Dreamweaver Template Paths Changing

I am using Dreamweaver CS4. I have 50+ websites located on my main server.

When creating a new page from a template (all of my templates) my links are automatically changing from (a href="../newsletters.html & a href="newsletters.html) to the actual site path (a href="file://///POWEREDGE-SC430/Websites/St Augustines/newsletters.html").

I've done this a million times with no problem. This never happened up until today.

I can't seem to find how to fix this issue????
