How to change links in website to ROOT Level in Dreamweaver CS3
Hi. I am working on a SPRY issue and I need to change all of the links in a website from document relative to root relative. I have gone into the manage sites dialog box and choose root relative, but my issue still remains. Am I missing something?

That setting in the definition is for the onset of the project. Changing it will not effect existing links. What you can use is the change links site-wide feature. Site > Change links site-wide or Cntrl+F8.
