I guess I'll be setting her up, so she will be using my server for WAMP - this is becuase she uses 2 macs, office+home.
So... extension for simple php+db pages - anyone ??
free or $$$ doesnt matter if it works.

The built in behaviors for Dreamweaver work on ASP, PHP, and ColdFusion. They include:
1) Creating a recordset (query)
2) Inserting a record
3) Updating a record
4) Deleting a record
5) Protecting pages via login
Those behaviors are enough to get people started. Once you want to start doing more advanced work you will need to either be able to code things yourself or go out and purchase extensions that add functionality. For PHP, my personal recommendation would be the WebAssist extensions (www.webassist.com). They have a lot of extra functionality not present in the standard behaviors and are fairly easy to use. Expensive, though.

Hi
I don't use Dreamweaver, but if I remember correctly you go to Window->Databases from the menu and you can set up a database connection there. As to PHP, i'm not quite sure what you're after, there's nothing 'point and click' about it, it will have to be written in the dreamweaver text editor by hand. Dreamweaver does support bindings however, where you can link visual content to database fields.
If she doesn't know how to program, there's going to be quite a steep learning curve i'm afraid.
