Problems with Drop Menu created in Spry with xml data

With the help of a former instructor, I have created a drop menu of contacts throughout the USA for one of my clients. The menu works fine in Mozilla Firefox browser, but will not work in an Explorer browser. We have not been able to resolve the issue. Any suggestions for what may be causing this problem?
