Sorry for the late reply.
Yes, as Jason said - "The wrapper div has a width and is set to margin: auto so everything should be okay."
Thats what i have done before on websites and never had a problem - this time the person who i made the website for told me it isnt centered on her screen. (internet explorer)
I have just checked on browsershots.org and the wrapper div is not centered in internet explorer 6 etc

Declare a DOCTYPE. Without it, IE 6 may not interpret CSS correctly.
