cannot publish aspx pages from dreamweaver

when i create an aspx page and try to publish it to my web server i get the following error

admin/training/msi/2008-05msi.aspx - error occurred - An HTTP error occurred - cannot get 2008-05msi.aspx.  Access denied.  The file may not exist, or there could be a permission problem.   Make sure you have proper authorization on the server and the server is properly configured.

File activity incomplete. 1 file(s) or folder(s) were not completed.

Files with errors: 1
/admin/training/msi/2008-05msi.aspx

 I know that all permission are there but i still get the error.Start Free Trial
