This is not my question. I just see it elsewhere. At that elsewhere, I am not allowed to point people elsewhere, like here. Got me?
But this poor person has been trying to resolve this issue for some time now. He/she writes:

I use Netscape Composer 7.2 to re-edit a page, weekly.
The lastest report can be found here:
http://www.silverstockreport2.com/reports/silverstockreport56.htmlI often copy, cut, and re-paste links within this html page.
Specifically, I cut and re-paste the links to the company profiles.
The problem is
that Composer will "add" what it thinks the complete url should be.
But I don't want Netscape to do that. I want to be able to copy,
paste and keep the shortcut link the way it is, such as
#rok.v and NOT let composer change the link to
file:///C:/Documents%20and
%20Setting
s/Owner/De
sktop/late
st%20files
/SS%20repo
rts/silver
stockrepor
t56.html#R
OK.V
That link obviously, does not work once the page is uploaded to the web!
I recently upgraded to Netscape 7.2. Now, the problem is not as bad:
It chagnes the hyperlink from "#rok.v" to "silverstockreport56.html#
rok.v"
This is also a problem because next week, the report will be report
#57, and I have to change the links again.
Isn't there a setting that I should be able to change so that netscape
won't re-edit my in page hyperlinks when I cut and paste them?
How do I solve this problem?

I can probably ask questions, but it'll take some time.
I'll be away from my PC for 3 days.
