.exe & .swf Flash file that does not loop

I have a Flash movie that someone else created. I have it in both .exe and .swf formats. Unfortunately, they do not have it set to lop and I need it to loop. Is there anyway to get it to loop? I have Macromedia Flash (but not the project), Powerpoint and VB. Is there anyway to build a shell program to loop and play it over and over?
