2. goto the site
3. get into the cache and save the SWF
When you double click it, it will play from YOUR system.

I did resolve this myself with the following solution. Please refund the points. Thanks.
I downloaded some a trial software and loaded it. It showed on my toolbar and had a dropdown that listed all video clips on that page, and let you select and save one. I downloaded a player also. These two products worked great and were free.

.swf means it is a flash file. You could save the flash file, but it will have to be played in flash - not like a regular .mov or other video file
