Need a php/java based content management system for web site development

I am evaluating different content management systems.  I need an easy to use content management system for web site development that can be used with php/java. Any suggestions? The web site will be used for:
Daily blog/message
Ability to be edited by mutiple users (each adding their own message)
Provide useful links
