GUI interface for Web site

I am a network admin with no programming experience. I am at a company that has built its site and intranet with .Net and asp code. I am the only IT guy that is here now due to downsizing our company.
I have been asked to make changes and maintain our web site and intranet site. I told them that I cannot learn how to code in 2 weeks&and of course there not to happy with that answer.
So my question is:
1. The web site is built with Front Page 2000
2. The intranet is built using code.
Is there a program that uses a GUI interface that will help me maintain the companys sites?
