In these days of open source, free software, ie Eclipse and Filezilla.

Are there any open Web dev / HTML studio apps for Mac ?

Wysiwyg would be nice.

I already have Eclipse for Java programming, Workbench 7.5
Eclipse for web dev?

I cant seem to find any web page design aspect.
