Hi Experts,
I am looking for a intranet based web user forums package. I know there is alot of software out there but i am looking for software that allows users to post a question to the forum, when posting the question to the forum, select a user from the list to direct the question to. Once posted, the selected user would get an email notification that they have a question to answer. The person who is asked the question would also need the ability to redirect the question to another user to awnser.
Once responded to, the originator would get a email notification that the question has been responded to.
Does any know of off the shelf software that acheives this?
