Can't Inatall the Visual Studio 2005 Service Pack 1

I am trying to install Visual Studio 2005 Service Pack 1 on a Windows Server 2003 Standard Edition with Service Pack 2 ,v.4035
The CPU is Intel Pentium D with 2.00 GB of Ram
When the install is run it fails with the message "Installation Failure Error Code: 0x64c
I have run the install with the Visual Studio 2005 DVD in the drive as suggested on some sites, but this makes no difference.
This computer also has SQL Express and SharePoint Services 2003 running on it.
Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.
