Why would the client have problems with parameters being passed on the URL?

The web application passes parameters on the URL such as Database IDs, etc. Through testing I've never had a problem with the way this works. Now that the website is live the client is having issues with 505 errors. When they send me screen shots the URL has no parameters just example.asp - should be example.asp?ID=345, etc I've been on the phone with the client they click a button to get that URL and then I click the button and it works. It doesn't happen to them all the time - just sometimes. I have no idea what could be causing this problem. It hasn't happened in our environment so I'm assuming it's some kind of setting but don't know where to start looking. Any help would be appreciated.Start Free Trial
