Darwin streaming server with IIS configuration on port 80

We hosting the server with WIn2003 server for PHP site so i configured / installed the IIS6.0/PHP5.0/Mysql5.1 & phpmyadmin ..all this works fine ...and also configured the Darwin streaming server for videos streaming ..and its uses the port 80 ,554 ,7070,8000,8001 as per the port avilable and it uses the RSTP protocol to run the video using quicktime player but except port 80 all other UDP ports are blocked in firewall and in streaming server interface it gives the message cannot bind with port 80...
so i want to run the HTTP( WEb server) & RSTP ( streaming server )on same port 80 so is it any settings with IIS 6.0 to run the RSTP requess with same port 80.
